The Play House & Cafe We're different!
A Creative Haven for Children 5yrs and under
LEARNING THROUGH PLAY IS AT THE HEART OF OUR PLAY CENTRE.
Play ignites creativity and imagination within children and that’s something we love here at The Play House. Play also improves concentration and memory, as well as teaching problem solving and socialisation skills. The Play House is somewhere you can come and play and interact with your child. We are all about traditional play!
About Our Venue
Our dedicated baby area
Strictly pre crawlers only. Studies show that interacting with your baby from an early age helps form those all important connections within the brain. Did you know that a babies brain is about a quarter of the size of an adult brain? This grows to 90% by the age of 5 - meaning those first few years are key in brain development. Here you will find age appropriate toys, bouncers & Jumperoos.
Strictly 2 and under.
Our toddler area is thoughtfully designed to provide a secure and stimulating environment, allowing your energetic little ones to explore, learn, and play freely. Grown ups can relax and enjoy watching their children develop essential motor skills and social interactions in a fun and nurturing setting.
Strictly age 5 and under.
In our role play village, children can immerse themselves in a world of imagination and adventure. This area features a variety of themed areas, allowing little ones to engage in creative role-play. Alongside these imaginative play opportunities, the village is equipped with a soft play frame and slide, providing endless fun and physical activity. Children can explore in a safe and stimulating environment, creating independence and confidence.
